Intro
Have you ever watched the news and REALLY take in what's going on? Not only each individual incident or story, but the entire broadcast as a whole. The tone and techniques of the broadcaster? I was inspired to do this experiment, from one of my best girlfriends, Lindsey Woodward. Anyways, I was watching the news and it's a shame how many TRAGIC reports are put on the news to be broadcasted and so very few, GOOD news. Only 3 out of the 16 reports were good to bad ratios. Or...how a very sad story on someone's death can be reported, but the next second, the reporter's moods can change to the weather man or woman and a whole mood can be changed with a joke; making the audience, forgetful of all those bad stories that were just reported. There's so many questions and not enough answers. You're always only getting the ONE WAY view of the story...have you ever even put yourself into the shoes of another person? This was just a strange but true observation that I stumbled upon while doing homework today after school. However, did you ever take the time to answer all those questions you've had on your everyday life situations?
Friendships
Why do people take the blame for others, when it does nothing good for them? Why should someone go through the pain and trouble of others? Why do these great, trustworthy, accountable friends, stick around with these u n d e r the influence type of friends? Are they really going to keep their word and change? Do they really mean it, when they utter the words, "I'm sorry."? Can you really see them being there for you, in your time of need? Or have they already fucked up once and you're just giving them another chance...that will just be taken for granted?
Relationships
Why does everyone experience a summer romance, and in a blink of an eye, it's over? Do you really learn anything from that experience? Or do you just repeat it all over again next summer, or what the next guy/girl you move onto? When they tell you they like you or love you, do they mean it? With our unfaithful society these days, can you really trust your significant other? How do you know they're not cheating on you, or maybe keeping a big secret? If you're sooo sick of being with people that are "all the same," then why do you keep searching for another? WHY can't there be labels on everyone, before even getting involved with them, that would maybe warn us saying, "STOP! I WILL SCREW YOU OVER." Yeah, that would help, now wouldn't it?
Mmm, that's all I got for now!
Gimme CUTES THOUGH.
