Lessons learned.

Oh this beautiful summer.
So much to say and such little words to explain the immensity of surprises this summer has brought. It's been one hell of a summer to remember filled with romance, chillen, old friends, new friends, kickbacks, vacations, and of course, late night partying.

First of all, I'm a different person. Same, crazy ass girl, no doubt, but my perspectives and experiences in life have changed. Amateur is a word that I've veered away from. I've grown up this summer and I'm ready for anything.

I can't stress the fact that three months ago, I wasn't as happy as I am now. I've met numerous of different types of people. Yeah, okay, I've lost some but I've gained much more than a great deal of new friends. It's amazing how the people you spent every waking hour talking to and telling secrets can become stranger huh? But that's okay, this quote explains it well, "Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart". So, if they're worth it, they'll make the effort to k.i.t. right? RIGHT.

School's coming back real fast. Faster than I can realize it. Think I'll be able to keep up with my mile high school work? Guess we'll just have to wait and find out. And with that, all I have left to say is, so long sweet summer of 2008.
